Our camps are a load of fun - we explore various media depending on the camp and you will create several finished pieces of art throughout the week. Every camp includes working with sculpture of some type as well as painting, drawing, and some craft projects. We also learn about a different artist each week. Campers are asked to wear play clothes (we wear aprons when needed but we like to make messes!). We also work with some music and drama concepts through various activities.

Miss Tina and her family are amazing. An art camp with a twist. Each week is assigned a theme - the kids learn cultural art with solid applications of clay, paint, weaving, drawing, recycling - during Australia week my son made a full size didgeridoo - And it is not all sitting in a class - they get outside and play and weekly Zip line and Archery classes are super fun for both boys and girls. The week is rounded out by an art show that pulls all the medium together and makes the kids feel proud they learned a lot. They also have a hang-out are for the kids who want to have quiet reading time. They have never turned us away even when we have forgotten about the teacher work day the night before it happens. This camp checks all my boxes. Price wise it is great value for money!

We have been sending our kids to this camp for a few years as we like its emphasis on art while also outdoor activities (weather permitting). The kids always have a blast with the large variety of projects, yet it's not a high-pressure must-show-parents-that-we-are-adding-value environment.
